Hermes Scottsdale

I’ve been an Hermès client for over 10 years and have purchased from numerous locations, with a focus on three states in particular. I currently have a two year relationship with my SA and a solid purchase history with her.

I’m concerned about starting over again when Scottsdale finally opens. How are you all feeling? I am loyal to my out of state SA but it would be easier not to have to fly to shop.

If you have relationships with three other Hermes store already, I don’t see why you wouldn’t swap one of the out of state ones out for a place closer to you?

I’ve had three relationships but not at the same time. I’ve only changed relationships when life has lead me to different parts of the country.

I’m reaching out to see if others plan to start a new relationship in Scottsdale or continue their out of state relationship. Does anyone feel like moving their business will set them back on being considered for quota bags, special orders, etc.?

What might appear as a setback in the short term, would potentially set you up for the long term. This is a new store, and folks working there will be excited and ready to cultivate relationships with local clients. It's also going to be a large store which generally means more stock, so, why not feel it out when it opens and see if you vibe with some of the folks there?

From what I understand the store won't be opening until Q4 2025 so you have a lot of time to think on it.
