I took a quick trip to Mitchell's today to look at Hermes, and HAVE to say I was very upset with the sales help. I wanted to see the tiny leather drawstring pouch and the SA just kept chatting with her friend while I waited, then she walked away - didn't even ask if I wanted help. Then another SA came and acted snotty to me when I asked to see a bracelet. I was teken aback by this, since Mitchell's is SUPPOSED to be known for great customer service. And of course, me being me, I kind of took it personally, like I wasn't good enough for them.
What bothers me is that I had a lot of errands to do today and my stop at Mitchell's was intended as a treat for myself. I left feeling bad.
