Are you going to wear it before the Summer?

If so, just enjoy it, wear it a lot and don't too long between cleans.

If not, store on a rounded, wide hanger (or add padding) or even over a Summer coat. You just have to protect the shoulder line.
I always use wide, padded hangers but never thought about hanging things over other things. That’s a good idea.
I usually keep my twillaines folded for fear the knitted part could stretch over time if kept hung. Am I wrong?
The only things I hang are my coats and a crepe shirt with cashmere sleeves.

I’m so happy to join this club :yahoo:, my first ever H RTW piece and I’m obsessed with it!!! Brides de Gala Love twillaine cardigan in rouge blush :love::loveeyes::girlsigh:

You look gorgeous!
The picture at bottom belongs in a fashion magazine spread showing the seasons. @pinklining photo is fall/winter, yours is spring/summer :)
BTW, we’re Oceane sandal twins, except for the color. They’re so beautiful. H does sexy, understated sandals (especially flat ones) better than anyone I can think of.

happy to have found this club! sharing some of my h rtw outfits.

All from A/W18  I love hermes RTW
I was told to try the hearts pullover you’re wearing and didn’t even look at it, but seeing how chic it looks on you I wish I had...

The only solution is to travel more. :coolio::graucho:
Hahahaha that always solves the problem, it works year after year and it includes footwear, accessories, etc. It also works in reverse. If you live somewhere where you walk in wearing a coat and a beautiful Eperon bikini and t-shirt winks at you, the solution is still the same :D
P.S. just make sure you don’t take yours somewhere warm but it’ll rain everyday. You won’t have much use for it lol

I have the same one as @carlinha and I keep mine folded in a sweater bag. It’s not that hard to fold and it’s a very gentle fold so no creases or wrinkles on the silk part.

Hi:wave:
I was wondering....what do you ladies do with the bag that comes with the RTW? Is it a bad idea to keep the clothes in the bag and hang it in the closet?

Got this about 3 weeks ago, but too cold to wear so haven't worn it yet...

Stunning!
I tried the shirt but it was too big on me.
I don’t keep silks or crepes hanging, so no garment bag on them. I keep them lightly folded with each other and nothing heavy on top. I only use put the garment bags on coats or jackets.

Thanks blondissima777 :hugs:I'm such a bad folder (folderer??) that I was hoping I can hang these, but you're right; too delicate to hang....dang...I'll use the bag for my coats instead. Thanks again!

You’re very welcome, TresBeauHermes
My biggest clothes pet peeve is stretched out shoulders, so when in doubt (I’m no expert), I rather fold something than hang it. Haven’t had anything get damaged from keeping it folded yet.

Hi BBC  @blondissima777 kindly advised me to fold my silk shirt (very good advise indeed), but I am REALLY bad at folding clothes....so I was wondering, what is a sweater bag? do you use it in your drawers? Silly question....sorry...:frown:

I don’t use them, but my guess is those zippered plastic bags people use to store their sweaters (pullovers, jumpers) when not in use so moths do not get to them. Some also are space savers because you can suck the air out of them.
Maybe fold it in half first, then fold it like a regular shirt?

I know what you mean; it looks like you're wearing a weird shaped shoulder pads!
It gives clothes elf ears shoulders! Especially the flat hangers. I hate them! I hang all of mine on the original hanger or padded hangers. I’m a freak, I know. I even wash my $5 Target t-shirts w black Woolite because I hate faded black shirts no matter how inexpensive they are.

Ahahahaha! Elf shoulders! Black Woolite!!! :giggle: I hang all of my Old Navy $3 T-shirts so that I don't have to fold! My hanger cost more then the shirt! I think we need to get together and help each other out!:lol:

Love this thread! I'm in love with the twillaine cardis from the fall 2018 collection. I have the Brides de Gala Love long cardi and the Mars d'Egide sweater dress. Excellent timeless pieces for work. I also like some of the sweatshirts they have done in the past.
