I hope someone of you can shed some light on this.
A while ago I knew there was a RTW item in another store in another EU country I would like to try on. The SA who was helping me could bring it in but I was almost 100% obliged to buy it if I wanted it transfered. Both stores aren't franchise. Does anyone of you know why they want you to buy it almost for sure when they transfer a RTW item? I would think both stores are operated by Hermes so therefore it should be easy to transfer and try it without feeling the pressure to buy it, just like the online store. Is each store maybe operating on a budget for example? It's pretty annoying.
If there is a beter thread for my question please redirect me. Thank you in advance.

Hi dear,
Each store's Director makes the buys for their store based on clientele for that boutique. But, ultimately it's not that big a big deal to transfer most items. WRT your other question... You don't have to buy anything you don't want to buy but SA/SM is going through a bit of hassle to have the piece(s) transferred in from another country so SM wants to ensure you are SERIOUS. SA also gets a commission on RTW so I'm sure SA really wants you to buy everything! That's all.

Saw this on the Australian Website - maybe its else where too and I missed it - Chain d'Ancres Cable Knit Coat. I think its stunning. Hope its available in Canada.
