Today I realized I took a picture of the rouge t-shirt sweater in the store yesterday, but got side tracked and didn’t see it. I ran back (literally!) to try it on, and decided to get the long sleeve dress in beige.

I will probably try it on in the rouge if/when it comes in though!

Both are such lovely colors!

The dress came in and I tried it on in the red… How did I do in my photoshop mock up versus real life!? (Just for fun)

I ended up passing on the dress but am second guessing it, since I do like the dress a lot an am loving the beige one I got. I got this beige vest though, which my SA also recommended for more variety. Doesn't pair with the dress at all. They’re going to see if they can get the matching tank, as my store didn’t order the tank in this color.

Most RTW swims on me (I tried on 4 other dresses that were total no’s) so glad to find some pieces that work!

ETA: @Bdbunny, it is very soft, but not sure how warm it will be. It’s short and wind will travel right up the body and sleeves (the poncho buttons run all the way up from the hem to the sleeve ends). Plus, the light color means I will only wear it when it’s absolutely sunny, no chance of rain or snow. . . And, I’m also positive that i will mess up or snap the horn? closure. But, I’m not the most practical person, and I love it; it makes me feel fabulous lol

@ekbright , see below for a pic of the label; act quickly bc the RTW manager said beige might sell out very very soon (as in immediately). 12,600USD

I found it ran large. I’m a 36/38. (Skirt is oddly a 34) Chunkier than @haute okole, but not much chest. 34 did fit but the closure was pulling tight, so I went uo to a 36 (pic below).

@katetea, you look very stylish! Thanks for the insights. The virgin wool used by Hermès must be of excellent quality, it's quite rare that virgin wool does not feel scratchy.

I've ordered an oldie but a goodie - Fall 2022

70% virgin wool and 30% cashmere, which seems to be of similar thickness as your lovely cardigan.

Has anyone tried on the "H" Cape Sweater? It comes in a 34 and a 38, and my store had only a 34 to try on, which looked nice on. I ordered it in the other color in a 34 because it seemed to fit well, but now I am wondering if I should have ordered the 38. I am usually a size 38 in their RTW, but my SA seemed to think the 38 would be too oversized on me (she said it would just be wider) and the 34 fit well. I am second guessing myself now because I'm tall and always appreciate extra length, which presumably the 38 would have. Thoughts??

I also bought a beautiful twillaine dress, which I will take a pic of later. :heart: :heart:IMG_3404.png
