Can you share a style number and price? I don’t recall I have seen this top, is it from 23ss? Thank you.

Sz 34 would have been perfect for me. 34 and 36 were both available two weeks ago but considering some of the twillaine silk blouses are too tight on me on sz 34, i got this ordered in 36. It still works though.
I got my SA to order this for me from another boutique.
Currently, This is available US online in noir and an ecru colorway. Was also available online in this violet colorway for like two wks before it disappeared. It comes in a long sleeve version too. I want the matching skirt but not if it’s not forgiving to the lower abdomen area.

I have the matching top and skirt, but in noir. Skirt is very comfy. SAs Seem to tell clients skirt runs small. I also have the long sleeved top, and I would size up in that (cap sleeved top seems much looser IMO) . Standard size for the skirt was okay for me (I don’t have big hips, but lower abdomen can be an issue lol. I think this is something one should try on in person.

ETA: I also size up in the twillane short sleeved silk blouse, but could size way down in the bathrobe twillane

@Xthgirl, thank you so much for the info. I was able to find the long sleeved top but not the short sleeved.
@880, what size did you get for the long sleeved top and the skirt. We are similar in sizes.
I am going to send an email to my SA to see what she can find out.

I got the 34 skirt which is good. It’s snug, but my SA thinks this is how it’s meant to fit
The way the light hits the photo makes it look tighter, IDK (I’m a 38 chanel pant if that helps you)

Im not entirely sure about the size I ended up with the long sleeved top. My SA felt that the 36
was the right fit, and there is room in the bodice; and, the waistband is not tight. sometimes
I think that I should have gotten a 38 (unavailable). But, the 36 does feel like it will relax out a bit,
and the 38 might just be too big all over. . .

The cap sleeved top is a 42 (only one available in Asia at the time) It’s like an oversized t shirt,
super comfy and easy. Like a smock. I could easily slide a long sleeved sweater or shirt underneath,
and this would still be like an oversized vest. I like this fit, but not sure it’s as flattering IRL.
I probably should have gotten a 38 or 40, IDK

This is why I think it’s best to try these styles on. I think they are incredibly versatile and easy
once you decide which size you want. Great for travel. In fact I can imagine going on a trip with not
much more than a few of these. I’m not really able to provide more clarity re sizes though . . .

if I had full range of sizes available at one time, perhaps I would have gotten one 36 skirt and two 38 tops?

ETA: just checked my other long sleeved H sweaters this season. They are size 36. The Ex libris
bathrobe twillane in size 38 that I bought is enormous. I could have sized down a couple of sizes. HTH

Thank you @880. I like both but I like the long sleeved top better than the short sleeved - maybe one size down more fit. Black is a good color but I have so many blacks. My SA just emailed me: because of that are from 23ss, most of the clothes are gone. She could get me a skirt 36 or40 from other store.I selected 36- only one left. I will get the top -only long sleeve online myself. If both are not good fit, I will return.

Based on the pictures, i think the long sleeves are way too small, i think it’s supposed to be a slouchy fit because of its blouson waist. The cap sleeve looks loose on you— maybe one size down?. The skirt fits perfect. And i love the cute bag.

Thanks! Agree 100%. Unfortunately bought the long sleeved sweater in a moment of IDKW lol. If it doesn’t stretch out, I can give it to my mom  I bought the short sleeved sweater bc I needed something in that format in Asia, and I mainly wear it now over long sleeved t shirts. .

I did find a fabulous TRR deal on a 2018 Runway leather trench coat that had an additional 20% off. Ive taken it to my dry cleaner to check out (he doesn’t see any wear to the interior lining) and to shorten sleeves. First two pics are my action shots. The other pic is runway look 24 from that show. The color is less warm IRL, a true dark red, close to the runway pic. (The coat also came in a mustard and an olive colorway). The chest pieces are detachable. Someone asked me again how I research the pieces. Vogue contains photos of runway shows. With respect to Hermes, Martin Margiela had a very distinct look. So did JPG. Everything left that looks vaguely modern, at least to my layman eyes, would be Nadege. So I just look at Fall runway from a few years back. My H SA likes the pieces I’ve gotten alot. He says Nadege is still doing versions of a long deerskin coat with attached details. .
