My home store only ordered 5 total, so I’m glad I found one at FSH! Mine is the shorter (cannot use crossbody) and the thinner of the styles. I paid 700 euros!

When I first saw photos, I was not a fan. They look so much better in person! I originally tried the strap with my black ghw k25 and it really makes a classic bag POP.

Also, does anyone have any information on getting them customized with initials? I saw on Instagram that you can do it. TIA

I’m a Birkin lover first and foremost. Kellys are gorgeous and secure but, for me, a nightmare to get in and out of. So, when I needed something smaller, shoulder carry possible and handles I went shopping. I saw a gold-ish (can’t remember the actual color name but it’s not gold) colored Bolide 1923 in the new leather with the matching cream and gold woven strap on it. Two words: absolutely gorgeous. I’ve never looked twice at a Bolide but I could not resist it. Something about the plain 1923 and the distinguishing strap just really elevated the bag. As far as the straps go, I was told they are limited, fly out the door upon arrival, and can be ordered in custom lengths if you are prepared to wait. Maybe Fendi started it but these H straps are more subtle and more elegant somehow. IMHO anyway.

I agree re: the Bolide 1923...it is a fantastic update and it transforms the bag beautifully.

For those of you that have the replacement canvas replacement straps - how have they been holding up and have you enjoyed them? I recently purchased a Bolide1923 and considering a canvas strap. I have to be honest I was a bit disappointment in how they feel, I thought they would have a bit more of a luxurious feel but they are rather stiff. I do have a few simple leather Fendi By the Way Straps, but feel I like the idea of adding an Hermes strap to the Bolide. Wanted to see how others who own the straps are enjoying them. Thanks!

Hi. I have the gold and cream long size strap for my toffee bolide. I really like it. It's very soft and comfortable. No comparison to the leather one that comes with. It's wearing well so far but I do rotate my bags frequently...
