fergie.c, I agree with @maxroxxherhandbags, it seems an easy fix. Is there a craftsperson at your store? Just appears to need to be re-sewn or re-glued (?) at edge and re-glazed. Maybe try asking again...but with an after-sales associate. Good luck!

I think you'd get further by going in and requesting a spa on the strap tbh.

Tried that in the first attempt and was told there's no such service....so I ended up dealing with CS for a while before getting a positive response. Got good news today that they are willing and able to fix it...finally~

This is a Constance strap, 2018. The strap is worn out in many places. Here is the most shocking discovery- It seems than a thin layer of skin is glued to a rubber middle layer. I did not expect such cheap construction from Hermes.
