Winter sales are usually in the weeks mid to end january. They last 3 days.
This year I posted the dates here in the H shopping section and I will do the same next year... or another TPFer will beat me to it!!
In the winter sale you can buy SUMMER stuff and in the summer sale you can buy WINTER stuff!
That's why I'm looking forward to buying a winter scarf in June! LOL
