I got it with 1.5:1 pre spend in a popular neutral color about a month ago.

My SA said it's not an official quota, but it does require pre spend and is treated "almost like a quota" - after hearing this, I didn't think of it as a quota myself and am still waiting for a b/k 😅 (obviously with more spend since then)

Curious, does my online account purchases go into pre-spend? I'm a home buddy and don't really enjoy going into the store, I like seeing something online and just snatch it.
Another question, Pa is my closest store but I also heard rumors that pre-spend at this store is particularly high (and based on my experience, store stock is shockingly low). Do you almost always have to preorder something without seeing it in person? Thank you!

Or would it just be easier to stick with sf store? It's at least a lot bigger and I can try and make it there once every month or two.

If you've already shopped at SF, it would be smartest to continue there. Both are difficult stores (I'd argue all H stores are difficult post covid). Online purchases do not help you toward prespend and in many cases actually hurt your store standing as it is seen by SMs as missed opportunities for sales. Unfortunately H doesn't care if shopping is easy or convenient. They want clients who will do whatever it takes to shop with them (and plenty of folks will). Best of luck!

First time going into the Palo Alto location. Had to wait a few min outside. Took a few more moments inside. However, someone came up to let us know to wait, then later the same person asked what we needed and told us a specialist is needed so just wait. The SA came up and just told us there’s nothing but gave us her card. So not too bad of an experience.

Has anyone received a mini kelly here in the last year or two? If so, do you mind sharing prespend & time it took to receive it?

I'm not a big spender, so wondering if getting a mini kelly in a light white-ish neutral color is pretty much impossible here...TIA

Yes you need to be a big spender. I have a friend who spent a 2 years before getting offered that. You definitely need to show loyalty to the brand. It might be cheaper to go reseller route.

You will need to prespend before they say there is inventory. I was told first day upfront certain bags are QB & require prespend. I worked with that same SA & haven't pestered her for a bag (only bring it up when she does). Hope I can get a mini kelly this year, but not sure exactly how possible it is at this store since I'd assume most customers here can easily spend $20-30k/yr+ on avg.

Thanks..😢 Feel like I'd have a better chance shopping in Hawaii or Vegas every 3-4 months vs this store. I wonder if the 2 QB per yr rule applies here & if that'll help us smaller (but loyal!) spenders 🤞

Hi! I am wondering if getting a bag(quota or non-quota) resets the pre-spend. I recently watched one YT blogger who explained her spending and the pattern she noticed with getting a bag. She had 1:1 pre-spend before getting each bag.
