I don't think it's a quota bag (best to check with your SA) but I think it requires at least a 1:1 prespend (possibly more). It also depends on the specs you're looking for in a Constance 18. Let your SA know that you really want it or just buy from re-sellers.

Is there a way to secure an appointment in advance? I no longer can find this option online. I want to try on the Neo Ankle Boots in person but don’t have a SA from this location. Or it’s best to just show up? I did that once but it wasn’t the best experience.

Calling the store should help :) if not, going early morning or late weekdays are usually when the SAs are most free in my experience

I don’t know about belt and if it’s a big difference from watch strap? I never had it done but I had an extra hole punched on my watch strap at SF and they did a good job.

The inventory always seems somewhat limited in this store especially for RTW in my size. In some cases the style and size is available for online purchase. For most items I would really want to see it in the flesh before committing. Would the best path be to provide my SA with a short list of items I’m considering and let them sort out how best to procure it?

My concern is waiting for a long or unknown period of time for items I would enjoy when they are available via the website, but don’t want to insist my SA order it online for me as I want to maintain a good relationship with them and the store for pre spend considerations as I understand having it come from the store rather than online is preferred.

Would welcome advice on what approach to take!

Your SA still get commission if they order it.

I would give your SA your list of everything you want for RTW bc it takes several months to get things in as things come in staggered. And the store manager doesn’t order everything so some items won’t be coming to the store at all. Better to let SA know so they get alerts and put your items on hold when it arrives.

Has anyone been offered a B/K/C lately? I am waiting for my very first quota bag and wonder if the magic of 1:1 ratio still works here.

It’s a quota and it’s rare for 1:1 with the SAs they have. You’ll need a super great relationship with them, like see them once a week kind of thing.
