Love love the PA store, you will not get a quota bag on walk in, but the staff are excellent and if there is stock of non quota bags and etc, you will get one. I was matched with Jerad back in January and since then I have built a relationship with him. He is phenomenal… actually texts back!!
they usually don’t have what I need in stock, so he will always bring it in.
Agreed, my SA got my Picotin 18, rodeo charm, and Oran sandals within a week after asking for one. She always texts me back within 48 hours.

Jerad is a great SA. You definitely need a relationship if you want a quota bag.

I checked out the reviews for H PA and it seems like a lot of people have unfairly rated the store on Yelp. I find all the employees to be such sweethearts.

Hi FashionistaSista, I think you might be a VIP client with 100k+ plus spending in PA store each year (as you mentioned you ordered furnitures, special-ordered fine jewelries from past season in your older posts).
That may explain the reason why you are having the preferential treatment in PA store.
Other people may not have as much spending or as long spending history as you, so they may not receive the same preferential treatment.

Hi Fice16. I definitely have spending history in PA but so do lots of people and I have no way of knowing where I rank vs what other people have spent. I just buy things that I like, I stay in touch with my SA and I’m very nice to all of the SAs when I visit the store. Sometimes I bring them boba, coffee or lunch so they look forward to my visits HAHA. I think if you make a mutual effort to be nice then you will get great treatment.

Yes, I recall you mentioned about your bringing of the treats to PA boutique (and maybe SF boutique too). I totally understand why you are well-liked at the boutiques. I think some other clients don’t have the spending power like you do, and hence they may complain about the treatment they received, which would not be the same for a client like you who spends six figures at the boutique annually.

I almost don’t want the secret to get out about this store… the SAs are universally fun, laidback, and in my experience, honest about stock, etc. They’ve suffered recently due to the pandemic and being short-staffed but I always enjoy my visits even if I don’t actually buy anything.

I love my SA and everyone seems so friendly! I haven’t had the opportunity to speak to other SAs. I’d love to get to know everyone else but don’t know how to go about it. Any tips?

Ha, I think it’s just because I’m around a lot that they recognize me! I try to treat them like normal people and say hi even to the folks who aren’t my SA.

I completely agree with this! It doesn’t matter how much you spend in this store (it truly doesn’t), if you’re nice and keep a strong relationship with your SA you will go far. I always try to greet the other SA’s by name, they are so so friendly and even other SA’s know my name and tidbits about me. It makes me feel like the entire store is a supportive little family.

Can anyone share stories about when they received a qb? How long it took? Spend?

I know there are a bunch of stories out there but would love to experiences for this specific store since there aren’t that many out there

I would say offers have slowed a bit during the pandemic, but prior to this I visited regularly and got my first QB offer a few months after the store first opened. Since the pandemic stock has been low but I have generally gotten 1-2 QBs per year even so. I don’t really track my spending ratio but generally buy shoes, RTW and scarves.

Wow! Thanks for sharing! Hopefully with the stock getting better, they’ll start offering more QBs soon

I went to the PA store for the first time about two weeks ago and I went again on Monday. My SA is very nice, I purchased a mini pop H necklace and the Hermes heure watch but I haven't gotten offered anything (not even picotin or evelyne). Is this normal? I am new to the Hermes scene as well, any words of wisdom would be helpful :)
