Had the chance to stop by the new store this past weekend, and had an amazing time. The staff were all lovely despite being very busy. Although there wasn't a line to get in, and it seemed that appointments weren't necessary, there were quite a bit of people coming in and out of the store. Stock was quite decent even for hard to find items like Chypres and rodeos.

Wow, that's a lot of merchandise! My boutique in SF has next to nothing on display, especially bags.

I know I'm a few months late.... but any insights as to why the boutique opening didn't come with many QB offers the way Austin (or even Madison) did, for example? I thoguht they gave away BKCs and limited edition bags like candy on opening weekends.

It's my impression that it was a successful weekend for many, especially clients with pre-arranged appointments (not line standers).

Not sure where you got your information from but I think there were quite a few amazing bags offered to clients with appointments.

Some special bags sold during opening I know for a fact: shadow B, picnic K35, picnic B25, Croc/gator Kelly Doll, regular Hima, diamond Hima. That's just what I personally know about. I myself got a bag, and I couldn't have been happier about the entire experience.

Oh wow, congrats! I was totally wrong!
Did you get an appointment as a client of an SA who transferred there?

I love our new H store, and always find the SA’s to be so kind and welcoming. They have a great sandal selection, too… Currently waiting in a Chypre order
Wonderful to hear!! Congrats in your chypre Order! Did you walk in or make an appointment (I guess assuming you don’t have an SA). My parents live in Naples so I plan to pop in when we visit next/make a point to hopefully make this my home store since I do not have one near me.

Actually my first H store that I have an SA at. I usually shop in Europe, but now there’s a store at home it made sense.

Hi all! Planning on popping into the store at the end of September when we visit my parents. Are appointments needed? And do I stand any chance of a snagging a mini bolide? I have no Hermes near me so hoping to strike up a relationship with a SA for when we visit my parents a few times a year.

They’re nice people. No appointment needed. Not sure what their stock levels will be but worth a try!
