I stopped by the waterside shops needing to exchange something at gucci, and the line was loooong, and there was a small police presence. I got there shortly after all the shops opened. I walked by one of the windows and the people were packed like sardines into the store. Did not look enjoyable at all!!!

I love the drama surrounding these store openings. I saw an “Influencer“ post about it and she posted multiple photos of herself in the store, then she proceeded to trash the whole experience (also annoyed about not getting a bag). Then she said she would be back in a few days after they re-stocked…..I thought….I’m sure they can’t wait to have you!

I thought it was hilarious that given she acts like a VVIP at her home store she would schlep all the way to Naples, no appointment, line up, and think they were going to just give her a bag?! The whole thing was just comical.

I’ve been to the Hermes at Aventura Mall on the east coast and it was quite small so was wondering if this location is bigger than that one.

Had the chance to stop by the new store this past weekend, and had an amazing time. The staff were all lovely despite being very busy. Although there wasn't a line to get in, and it seemed that appointments weren't necessary, there were quite a bit of people coming in and out of the store. Stock was quite decent even for hard to find items like Chypres and rodeos.
