Good question. When I thanked my SA for including us she said she actually had nothing to do with it. I purchase mostly in store but also occasionally online.
Amazing sale today! Lots of variety as the other ladies have shared. If there’s a line to try on clothes, go to men’s and use the dressing room. They let you go back and forth between all departments. By afternoon the valet was very backed up so plan accordingly.
I was at the sale and found lots of goodies. Shoes, clothing, wonderful cashmere coat in my favorite color (camel), lots of sizes on all items. The staff was very helpful in locating items not on the floor. Very pleasant experience. The guests were also nice and we exchanged items we had on hand and unsure about, and other invites wanted them. Very wonderful experience. I had the first am slot which made it for a very easy day.

Did the cashmere coat come with a garment bag by any chance?
I got one and mine did not. I did get to keep the Hermes hanger though.
I went the first day, second slot and there were a lot of women’s shoes, men’s ties and silks. It was well run and the staff was helpful. If you were a size 35 they had a huge selection of Orans. I found a parking spot on the street and drove down from Orlando that morning. I found a few pairs of shoes and ties for my husband and a pillow.

I went today and thought it was great! I had less interest in the shoes and scarves but the ready to wear selection was nice! I walked away with several tops, pants, a beautiful skirt, and three new coats! The staff were all nice and helpful. No one makes you feel rushed and they'll even try to help you find your size, though it is likely not available if it's not out on the floor.
