Just starting my H journey and would like to settle on a home store in NJ. I have stopped by Shorthill mall and did get a chance to work with an SA but I'm not sure about the connection (Has anyone worked with Christina at the SH mall Hermes?). I'm thinking of visiting the American Dream location as well to see, maybe I'll have better luck there.
Any SA recommendations for either or both locations? Someone responsive as I already have a list of items I want before the big B or K.
Any help is appreciated.

Interesting.... my SA from American Dream told me that my dream bag B35 is hard to get because they don't order large size BKC that often... so I guess smaller sizes are popular
Hi ladies - I’m honestly losing my enchantment with H and this system. My SA used to be so nice and responsive, but when I visited this weekend, the SA said oh I see a lot of online purchases - as if that somehow is being disloyal. But when I text the SA, they are not responsive at all. So what else are we supposed to do but buy from H.com. I’ve heard of the crazy stories at MP and the nYC stores, what has been your experience in the NJ stores. I’ve been an H customer various stores for 15 years and my spend is now approaching 2:1. The SAs seem to be incentivized even more to push other items for spend (or just that other customers are aggressive in buying everything lol). Sorry for the rant, just disenchanted. Or maybe it’s just this SA or this store.

IMHO, 30 or 35 would be good for you but then again depending on what you will put in there. I think 40 might be too big and cumbersome to carry around. I would use 40 as my weekender bag.
40 is big and heavy. But depends on what you'd need to carry too. I carry a 30 and feel that it's already heavy. If you have a chance to carry a 40, do so. See if that is the kind you are really looking for.
