my mom was the one who was interested in going more for the fragrances and cosmetics. although i was contemplating on seeing if i could take a look at a picotin if they had it in stock. we had to wait a while and my mom wasn't into waiting for long (esp because we had my younger brother with us), so we ended up not going in at all :// kind of a bummer because i'd never been in an hermes boutique before.

I am planning to visit Hermès ( American Dream Mall) for the first time this weekend and I usually shop at Madison Ave. Would I need an appointment at this store location since I do not have a SA and also did you pre spend at this location specifically before getting offered. Thank you so much! :smile:

Saturdays tend to be very busy so it might be better to call and get an appointment but they do take walk-ins if they have availability. I did buy other items b4 being offered the K but no where near 1 to 1. It took about 6 months from the time I asked for the K to the time I was actually offered it. I also rcvd a B in September and it was 3 weeks from the time I updated my wishlist to the time it was offered. I do think being offered the B so quickly had to do with it being the American Dream grand opening.

Hi, may I know what size and color is your B and K if you don't mind? I asked because I want to know what are the chances to get smaller sized bags in NJ store.
I'm also a new customer in American Dream (switched from Madison) and I'm very lucky to have met and clicked with my SA. I told her my wishlist for a B25 and K25. She told me those sizes are harder to get and that I have more chances if I opt for bigger sized bags. I would like to know what size did you get for your B and K. Thanks.

Can you please share your SA with me? I havent had any luck connecting with someone who genuinely wants to help. Ive come across a few cold SAs who seem just plain burnt out and not interested. The SA who assisted me yesterday didnt even want to allow me to give her my wishlist. ugh.
