Hi fellow Hermès fans. I recently became a proud owner of a K28 retourne in togo. I have to admit, before seeing the bag in person I was dead set on getting only Kelly's in sellier style. That is mostly because I've seen sellier bags on the 2nd hand market and they often look pristine even though some are quite old. After seeing my Kelly retourne and trying it on, however, I fell totally in love with the shape of the retourne style. I think it looks fantastic as an everyday option and chic enough to transition to evening.
Now with the bag in my possession, a part of me is a still bit paranoid about the bag losing too much shape. I'd love to hear about everyone's experiences with Kelly retourne and how the bag has held up over the years. If you have pics that's even better! Thanks in advance!

Thank you, she’s one of my favorites.
I like to use this Kelly very casual mostly with jeans, white shirt and jacket. It took forever to have a canvas strap made and mostly use that so I’m able to crossbody if need too.
Togo leather is so durable you will really appreciate when using yours. I store it laying on its back and spa it every year and half to Hermes.

Thank you for sharing! I hadn't thought of sending my bag to spa on a regular basis for upkeep. But that is a great idea! I am planning on getting a separate strap for crossbody wearing as well. So glad to hear that it's working out well for you. :smile: I hope my bag will look just as good in 10 yrs.

Good to know! K28 retourne looks pretty small in person so I was thinking that too. I definitely won't be abusing this bag. I hope to use her for many years to come.

As long as you don’t overstuff it and abuse it, it should hold its shape well even in Togo leather with the retourne style. Since 28 is on the smaller size, you shouldn’t have any issues with slouching. Only when you get to 35/40 would you have to worry about that. :smile:
