It’s pretty much a pay to win system here. If you don’t mind the hefty pre-spend then it’s no problem. Very easy to get wishlist items non quotas and quotas bag. I am from HCMC but the Hanoi store is the same. I tell my SA what I want, style + size, color preference and she tells me how much I need to spend and what color will be coming in soon (as soon as she knows). I will spend around half way (300-400 Million VND) then I wait. When we know the exact specs of the bag and I’ve decided that I will take it then she will reserved it for me and I will spend the rest when the bag comes and take it home.

I got a Lindy 26 and B25 most recently. I spent 1 Billion VND (prespend) + however much the bags were.
I waited about 2 months for my desired colors in both bags. I don’t like sharing pics or specs of the bags since I know that there are some SA that roam on here and I don’t want them figuring out who I am hahaha. I will say my B25 is in the brown family.
I visited Hanoi store recently for the first time. Lovely SAs, excellent service. non-QBs were offered after a small purchase in same transaction (limit 1 bag). Was also offered a blue box kelly if can meet the 2:1~ prespend. Would have loved to take it if the colour combo was right. New, much bigger store is opening in Dec so definitely worth another visit.
Has anyone been told what the prespend is for the mini Kelly or Kelly Pochette?
