Exactly how long have you shopped there? Have you had the same SA during this period of time? The reason I ask is because I switched SAs and it took that much longer to be offered a bag. Vancouver H is notorious for long waits unless you buy a piece of fine jewellery and then you will be put on the list automatically; at least that's what I was told a few years ago. Anyway, I'm sure your SA will call you back; they're pretty good in terms of customer service.

I don't have a specific SA that serves me, its always random.
I think it has been about two years

With regard to this
You have to ask yourself
Is she your regular sa
Or randomly being serve always
What was her expression when you wanted a k
You should be able to tell from her reaction
If all positives
No harm giving her a reminder buzz
No, I don't have a regular SA, always served randomly.
It was busy when I come in to the store that day, so yeah she could have forgotten.
She didn't seem perplexed, she seemed friendly and she gave me her business card at the end of the visit

A two year wait isn't out of the ordinary. You could contact the SA who gave you the business card; she's the one you might want to develop a mutually exclusive relationship with, so any future purchases should be made through her. Perserverance; you will get your bag!

Out of curiosity, who was the SA? Vancouver Hermes has 3 new SA's, so depending on who you dealt with, it may have been a new SA?

Since she is not your regular sa
I prefer to pop over and speak to her personally
Try to build a gd rapport
Give some time to establish
Btw most of them dont like to talk bout bags and cant discuss bags over phone
Its h ruling
Unless they know you very very well
Forget? Excuses?accessing your credibility?
That you will have to observe

Thank you!

It was Catherine (not sure of the spelling though). I'm pretty sure I've seen her before
she's not new, she has been my SA for more than a year and so far no k or b offered, although I have spent almost 20k by now. she said I need to buy more products other than bags or wallets, such as scarf, jewelry, perfume, rtw, shoes etc... and CDC does not count, because it is "popular".

Oh my, Is your SA stringing you along? 20k is a lot of money spent and not being offered a K or B in my opinion. With that being said I read somewhere on this forum that purchases of RTW and or fine jewelry will put you on the fast track for a B or K.. As with all things Hermes I'm not sure if that's universally true but in my friend's experience it seems to be the case. my friend was on the list for a K or B and each time she ask about it she was told they haven't gotten the bag she wanted
in and that they don't know wheN they can offer
Her a bag. Then after reading about it here she went and bought some RTW items and were offered her first B a week or two later..

That is a lot of money you already spent. Did you tell her any specific colour, size and leather combination you like? I still haven't been able to get a K but was offered B twice last year. I did not spent nearly as much as you before I bought a B last year. A lot of my H items were purchased in the States before our dollar got weak and my SA is fully aware of that. I am not into their RTW. I didn't buy fine jewelry except one bracelet. Maybe you need to have a chat with your SA to see what is going on? Could it be that they just didn't receive the ones with your specification? My SA did tell me that we can try for a K this year but no promises as the boutique doesn't get many Ks. She even mentioned I probably would need to wait till next year. Then again I am aiming for 28, I'd take a 32 if it's an awesome colour. So that might be part of the reason I am waiting extra long.

What does RTW stand for?

many months ago my SA hinted about I should buy some rtw when I was at the store, I didn't see the use of it so I bought some clic clac and wallet instead. now come to think about it, maybe if I spent some serious money on rtw as she asked, I would have a bag by now. but I told my SA and I still believe that my hard-earned money should only be spent on things I like and can use :graucho: too bad somehow all the money I spent on my bag and wallets doesn't count in this store LoL

I think you made the right decision. There's no reason to spend money on items that you don't even like or will use.
