I was in store recently and noticed the 90 silk scarves are $750 🤯 up from $680 about a month ago. Did anyone else notice sneaky price increases for any other items?

Prices on 90 silk scarves increased on July 1st
I noticed a price increase for 70 and 90 silks when I was browsing online! Apparently, 70s were $510 now $560, and 90s were $680 now $750. Glad I bought silks last week 😂
Canadian $ is weak compare to Euro, they have to spike the price at this point.
Not sure if that’s the reason for this price increase, as it only affects the 70 and 90 silks. Everything else remains the same price from the beginning of the year’s price increase.
The price increase happened just before the fall/winter release too 🥲 sad times
Not sure if silks went up globally but in europe the 90 is now 530 euros so it would make sense that ours would go up. Though this increase a large one and every-time i say I don’t need another scarf but i cave a couple of months later.
Yes, the price increase is disgusting. All because of *****'s tariffs - & Canada even has a trade treaty with the EU so there was no need to raise our prices. Do a google search on "why?" & basically it comes down to greed on the part of Hermes group (although there's some handwaving about increased production costs, FX rates, etc.). They believe they can squeeze their customers for the higher price because it's a luxury good, so they have increased prices across the board even though real impact is just the US tariffs. I have become frustrated & fed up with H. Since I am not interested in a bag, only scarfs, I will significantly cut back on my purchases. Fortunately I also find the AW 2025 collex uninspiring & the same colour families year after year are boring. How many scarfs do you really need that "read" the same way colourwise?
Oh wow, Is it confirmed that it’s because of the tariffs? If so, then it’s super unfair to Canadian costumers
I understand we are a smaller market, but still.
I don't believe there's any price increase in Canada since beginning of the year. So the $2950 quote for clemence should still be valid. Hope this helps.
