No, I didn't get any of the above. I got receipts at the store about what I dropped off. I only received the emails about the quotes and when they were ready for pick-up. My other suggestion would be to take pictures of your item before you drop off, so you have the before & after as comparison; and in case it comes back with some other issues. I have seen stories about the items return with something else gone wrong. Also inspect it along with your SA. Better safe than sorry. There was a miscommunication between Aftersales & Paris for mine. It came back with the wrong part replaced, so we sent it back again. 😅
