Has anyone brought their bags in to get it cleaned? Do I have to go through the aftercare process and ship it to Paris or do they offer some sort of service in store?

Just drop by the store and bring your bag in. They'll send it to Paris so it takes awhile just to hear back (it was a 3+ months wait for the last time I sent a bag to spa).

Last I heard was they had more in swift then clemence leather. If you don't mind swift, usually in more vibrant colours, you should let your SA know.

Yes. My SA did that for me when I got mine. But if i recalled she can only do 1 extra hole due to how the belt will look.

My SA also told me they can only do one additional whole, but I am yet to bring my belt to the store.
