I saw about four bags being offered on Thursday. Only one for sure was a quota bag. It was a Kelly. Bags were being offered just out in the open. I guess because it was quieter in the store and early. I made a joke earlier that I nearly walked into a wall because the colour of one of the bags was so beautiful. I should have tested my luck and asked for a bag but I wasn’t with my regular SA, as I just went to pick up an order.

Is it acceptable to switch SA’s but I’ve been with them for a year? Im not vibing with my current SA and hope to have a better shopping experience

To me, yes - switch. Hermès is very expensive. You deserve to have the best experience possible.

I have been on my H journey for about 6 months now, and have spent quite a few $$. Of course on the things that I like and use. I was offered a C24, and I have croc B/K on my wishlist.

People say the C is an unofficial QB but everything’s special in TO due to high demand. I have heard it’s easier at times to get exotic bags. It all depends on your prespend. Keep going in and if you are already very high in pre spend slow down your purchases and wait patiently. They want to see that you are going to be a long term customer.
I will always be customer. I love collecting fashion gems.

2. I think it depends on what specs you are wishing for. Are you looking for actual croc or alligator? I find that many people don't know the difference as they are sort of similar at first glance. Alligator (matte or Lisse) is generally easier to come by than any of the 3 crocs (porosus, niloticus, and moreletti). With that being said, I've heard mixed opinions about the ease of getting exotic bags in Toronto. I've heard both that it can be easier and harder. I think the two most important things is the spec you want, and your relationship with your SA.

Very nice, I'm guessing you want lisse for porosus? That's not a bad spend, but I think your SA might want you to keep working on it before he/she start to look or ask for your exotic bag
It’s not common to get a croc as 1st QB. You may want to subtly check with your SA. That way you can manage your expectation.
