You can call the store to inquire if your SA is working. Or send a follow up email to your SA. Sometime they read the email and forget to rely. Happened to me before.My SA stopped responding to my emails
She usually responds within a day or so but it's been a few days now. Wondering if she left the store.. urgh I don't wanna visit the store and then find out she left or something. This is too hard.. I don't live close to downtown so every time I go I prefer there're items I want in stock so I don't waste a trip
