Totally agreed. And retail for K28 (clemence) is 14K (without 13% tax)

Thank you! My prespend was a little over 2:1 but more than that it was my lovely SA who also made my case for my dream bag so all the credit to them.

It was a noir and GHW Kelly in 25! Truly the perfect size IMO. Actually it’s for my mom but this was exactly what I was wishing for her.

B25 last Oct, K28 April. Not noir, gold or Etoupe. I think it’s really hard to get those colours. And it doesn’t suit my personality.

Actually the store has quite a bit of selection when comes to colours. It really depends on your preference. As my SA mentioned to me most ppl prefer neutrals ( noir, gold or etoupe are the most requested) store ordered a lot more neutral for sure however the demands are greater unfortunately.

You should be able to check with the store if they are working today or not. I have done this before and they were happy to let me know my SA was working that day

“Easy to get colours” are the ones less people are interested in so vary depending on popularity. Generally, bright colours or certain patterns and limited editions may be considered harder to place because more clientd want neutrals or “everyday” bags.

Yes. This is readily shared when you call the boutique. I have done it without issues on several occasions.

I have called in when I wanted to visit the boutique last minute and someone was always able to tell me my SA’s schedule.

That's absolutely fine. I have called the store to find out which days my SA will be around before email and schedule an appt.

My SA stopped responding to my emails
She usually responds within a day or so but it's been a few days now. Wondering if she left the store.. urgh I don't wanna visit the store and then find out she left or something. This is too hard.. I don't live close to downtown so every time I go I prefer there're items I want in stock so I don't waste a trip
