Hello lovelies,

I have a clemence lindy bag that needs to go to the spa soon. The glazing on the handles are cracked at the bottom and she needs a general clean.

Does anyone have any idea of the approx cost for this?

Also, I understand the bag will be sent to Paris and will take up to 5 months. Is it better to drop her off after the new year?

Also, I do not have proof of purchase as it was bought preowned. Will this be an issue?

My Lindy is on her way to Paris now for a general clean. I was quoted $350. SA said that it'll take between 3-6 months. I bought mine at the Melbourne boutique so they just looked up my purchase history. I'm sure if you explain your situation, they'll understand.

I want a mini Evelyne so bad. I called the Melbourne store they said they don't have it. I then emailed customer service, they replied saying there is one in the Sydney boutique in Trench that can get it shipped, that was about a month ago. Unfortunately it's just not my colour =/

Truth be told, I called Hermes in June last year seeking a black mini Evie and have not had a call back.

I did not have the patience and bought one overseas in September last year.

Oh lucky. Black is the ultimate color, goes well with everything. Was it much cheaper than Australia?
