Does anyone know if the calvi card holder is available at Hermes in Manila? Tried calling their number twice but no one's picking up.
I think Hermes Manila would be the worst Hermes branch to shop, They dont have anything to sell even not even oran, and funny they only have one design of twilly
I have asked for plates, scarves, sandals even small calvi walletsthey dont have any. I ended up buying perfume just because that the only thing they can sell
and it feels like your in amazing race when your inside, you would definitely feel they have lack of interest assisting because they dont have stocks

True, everything is on display. And once stocks arrive it’s like you throw some food into a pond and all the fish come devouring everything. So it’s best you connect with an SA and wait for a few days. That is if you’re lucky to get even crumbs.
Even pre-covid they’re not well stocked.
Also best to go on a weekday morning / early pm.
Most SAs are ok though.

Get to know an SA. Usually stocks come in trickles. I was able to snag a kelly belt in etoupe RGHW thru my SA last week.
New to the Hermes Club so I’m wondering if anyone has visited the Hermes store in the Philippines? Is it cheaper to buy in the Philippines (where I currently live) or Singapore or Japan? I travel often so wondering what Hermes store in asia has the best price & stocks!
more expensive in the Philippines (20-30% more than European price) mostly because of the luxury tax. if you're buying a Birkin you're better off using the price difference in getting a plane ticket and a hotel to Paris and trying your luck. also, popular bags are already reserved for the rich and famous, so unless you're one of them, I don't think you stand a chance
Went in the store for the first time to browse and possibly buy a twilly back in July but no items in stock that caught my eye - they only had muddy color ones. The SA who assisted me had me try on a pair of epsom orans but wasn’t keen on the color as well. He seemed to be rushing so I turned down the sandals. The place was packed and theres a number of super noisy clients so we decided to just leave the store. This was before the renovations happened.
I didn’t like how the place was too rowdy, maybe because I went in around the afternoon? However, my recent trip to JKT was a bit of a delight - bought my orans at the Pacific Place branch (even though it was a bit pricier there and no tax refund) but the SA was patient with me even with a slight difficulty in communicating.

Went in in February 2023, no SLG available, not in one. Is that common?
I was there in January. No slg. But a nice selection of RTW and shoes, and the SAs were friendly. I prefer to go to H in the am first thing, so I don’t get as many crowds and better service
For bags, you need to get lucky. My friend got a GP a couple of months ago.

Been going back since Jan 2023 to score a pair of white oasis sandals. It’s always OOS. Got tired trying to score a pair there. It’s either stocks are dismal or they already have owners once the stocks drop.
Was there a couple of weeks ago, silly me for believing I could try and build my profile for a QB . SA suggested I try to buy fine jewelry or a watch to up my chances, but when he opened drawers and display cases there was nothing! Appreciate the effort though. I guess its better to save for a plane ticket and try your luck abroad.
