Hi Antheia. Yes, most Sa’s wants you to purchase the less marketable items before they give you a B or K. The only time i was able to get a B without purchasing anything was in Paris. My mom bought a sandals though. Nothing significant spend. It’s my first time in Guam. Keeping my fingers crossed

How did it go, did you manage to score anything? I may be traveling to Guam in April and am curious how your experience was.

It was an okay experience. SA was very helpful. She told me in a friendly, conversational manner that i am sure that you are aware that she can only offer special bags if i purchase some of the not so popular items.

Is it tax free in Guam?
