Just in Copenhagen. Short line to get in. Neutral attitude re sales staff (Not particularly warm and friendly, but not unfriendly either). Hardly any stock in either mens or womens RTW. Not much in the way of shoes or silks. But, there was gorgeous eye candy on the shelves. The store is only one level and it was busy when I was there.

ETA: I’m fortunate not to be accustomed to waiting on line or being asked in the front what I am looking for since I normally shop in various metiers in stores where I can make an appt with my regular SA. But, it seems standard procedure.

DH and I were surprised to discover that there is NO RTW in Stockholm. They aren’t out of stock; they simply don’t have any. (Apart from a very slim rack of equestrian ponchos) and, I was told, yoga gear. They do have a very cool leather covered radio. Everyone seemed nice enough, but no one approached, perhaps bc my shock was pretty clear lol

No it is quite surprising they do not carry RTW especially since this store is fairly new. Even our old franchise store had some clothes. If you want something you will have to ask if they can transfer it for you which they are happy to do. You said no one approached, normally you get assigned an SA to assist you at the door (or they invite you in) and then someone will assist you as soon as they are free. I always book with my SA so I have not have any experience of being a tourist in this store.

Thank you @Nahreen  Apologies for not clarifying my experience lol.
I gave my name and wandered around for a while. I had told them that I was mainly interested in RTW,
and would just like a look around. We ended up leaving before anyone approached, but they were quite nice.

This thread is a little slow, but wondering if anyone has insight on whether I'd be able to walk-in at the Copenhagen store and get a Picotin 18 with or without spend? I'd also like a Mini Roulis, but I know stores don't get a ton so CPH may not have any. Thanks!
