Don’t see why not. I was there day before yesterday and seemed pretty normal-ish. You have to make an appointment to visit though so give them a call.

i would like to bring a bag in for a spa. Is this a good store to send to? I know it is small and likely doesn't have a craftsperson there. Do they send to Madison? If so, do you think it is better to take to Madison directly. CT is just much more convenient. And do I need an appt to take in? thank you!

Hi Rockerchic. Greenwich is my home store and yes, you do need an appointment and they will send your bag to Madison. There is zero reason to drag yourself to the city. It’s a great boutique with excellent customer service.

I’m taking it that Greenwich is still appointment only? I’m considering trying out Greenwich as it has been like pulling teeth to get a follow up appointment scheduled with my SA in Boston.

New SM is a transplant from Madison Ave.

Because of Governor Lamont’s reopening plan of retail going back to 100% capacity, Greenwich will no longer be working shifts of remote and onsite starting 3/15. While the SAs will be in the boutique for all days except their off days, the boutique is staying appointment only for now.

Oh no! I was hoping to visit their store tomorrow hoping they’ll accept day of appointments.

When we asked to see it, our SA had mentioned that the previous SM hadn't ordered many of them. With the lower inventory because of shutdowns, it's probably going to be rare in Greenwich, but never hurts to stop in and ask.

I've asked. I just wondered if anyone else had gotten one.
