I realize after my ^ posting I should have included my chopsticks. I purchased these from H Feb 2020. As you can tell I just opened the plastic sleeve it came in. Forgot I had them. These will go with my H Deco bowl and spoons this winter!! They are beautiful. Wood and gold trim accent.

Hi ! I'm resurfacing my posting from August 2021. Some at the time were interested in the chopsticks. I purchased a couple more sets just like these while in Paris recently. They are Puiforcat chopsticks. These latest sets I purchased at Printemps Puiforcat Department. The Puiforcat store that's near H Faubourg was remodeling so it was closed at the time. You may know H owns Puiforcat and reason why I was able to purchase my first two sets from an H store in 2020. I've not seen it at H in the usa since. I was told Printemps Puiforcat can ship to the usa if I wanted more in the future. These cost me 370euros per set. Hope this helps anyone who's been looking!

I love them.It was a challenge getting one and the centralised customer service wasn't really helpful!
No horses here ...we live in an apartment in London:lol:
I was thinking of having a piece of glass cut to measure to put on the top.

Where did you get it from if you don’t mind me asking? Surprised that Customer Service wasn’t helpful to you!

I finally got one from Harrods after trying to track one down for a while. If you are interested they have a navy blue one left in stock ,it is not on the shopfloor so you will have to go in and ask them to bring it up from the stockroom. The centralised customer service was polite but realistically they didn't have up to date stock visibility. If I listened to them I wouldn't have gone to the store as they kept saying that the stock level of this box was nil...we decided to pop in as the weather was awful so it was a perfect day for a browse . It was better when you were able to call a shop and ask for info or stock levels etc . I now have a direct phone number for a SA so if I want something specific I can call her directly. I really underestimated how a relationship with a SA is REALLY helpful at Hermes .I am not a huge customer and I shop around in different stores or I ask my husband to grab something as he works in Central London so I thought I could go by without a SA...I was wrong! ;)

I bought mine right off the US website. I stalked it for a couple months like a crazy person- doing a keyword search a couple times a day. I almost bought the rouge (?) one but held out. It was actually available for awhile even after I bought it- which was about 2 weeks ago. The Smallbox was available too but I feel like this one is a better value.
** edited to say I know buying off the website isn’t ideal. But I’m pretty much an hermes newbie, do not have an SA relationship, and Boston is my closest (90 mins or so). Having mypreviously mentioned horsefarm doesn’t give me free time to meander to the city, fight traffic, park, all in hopes of finding an item. So online it is for me :)

There was a blue one on the UK website that didn't last longer than a couple of days! I think I will buy the helmet box too at one point (I can put hats in it!). I don't buy a huge amount either but I can see the value of having a SA direct phone number (just in case ;)) but I am not going to buy stuff just to get a bag offer as I have no interest in ultimately buying a Kelly or a Birkin. The ashtray on my post was bought in a charity shop (Goodwill) for the princely sum of...£1.60 ...it is the bargain of the century:lol:

Question for all porcelain users..How careful are you with your dishes? They seem so fragile, like they could chip easily. I’m getting paranoid using them. Someone please reassure me these beauties can be used to eat and cut food on!!

I'm the same as you however we do use our H Deco. My DH dreads and moans when I start taking them out. We are careful and hand wash them. But in the back of my mind now is to use them and if something breaks or chips it can be replaced. :flowers:

Love this advice.

Great to hear I’m not alone. The Deco plate feels especially vulnerable to chips or scratches. I don’t think I’ll be serving steaks on them. !!
