I was about 1.5:1 when I received my QB….Kelly 28. I live in the mainland but was going to Hawaii every other month. I always let my SA know about a little over a week in advance before coming. I wouldn’t text necessarily saying you want a QB…I think that’s kind of frowned upon, but if you’re willing to do the pre spend I would hint that you are interested in certain pieces like RTW, fine jewelry, or watch and schedule a time to visit at the beginning of your trip. That way if something “happens to come in” a day or two later it’s not when you are already leaving

Did you shop while you were away? Those who get QBs while visiting usually shop via mail. I ask for my wishlist by text and idt it’s a bad idea. My SA usually sets my expectations before I get there wrt how their stock is.
I never really bought anything after my first visit to Hawaii in June last year. As the currency is not great these days, I'm lingering towards trying out my luck at the duty-free store instead.
Stock has been pretty bad lately and I've been told this year getting QB seem to be more difficult.
Just wanted to let u know that the duty free shops doesn't offer B/K. Sometimes, they have Constance but I believe that you need to prespend as well to get it. Also they will check your boarding pass, so you cannot shop at the airport hermes store if you fly domestically. But the SA are nice! so I let them know that I’m flying domestically while browsing the store and usually ended up just chatting with the SA even though I cant purchase anything from the duty free shop lol
