Bags in Honolulu are allocated to each SA, so even there are bags available in the stock room but if they are not your SA’s quota, he/she won’t be able to offer them to you.
this actually makes sense to me now cause when I asked my SA if I can share info to friends who ask… I was told it means less bags for me  although I didn’t get what that meant at the time, I have been tight lipped since.

Thanks for all the advice! It is very much appreciated. Unfortunately, I did not have a very pleasant experience at my local Hermes but that was pre Covid (a few years ago) so maybe things will be better.

For those who maintain an sa relationship in Hawaii but reside in the US mainland, how often do you visit? if you have non quota bag wishlist, is it pretty much if you spend enough per visit you can pick one up in the same visit (like a completely random shopper who has never visited)? For context I did recently get a non quota bag as first time visitor after prespending in the same trip but perhaps it was just to entice me to come back haha

I was visiting almost once a month or every other month before pregnancy. My SA offered a non quota bag on my next visit after I told her about wanting one on my previous visit
