Hello everyone! I'm going to Oahu next week and my friend has made appointments for us at both the Waikiki and Ala Moana stores. Does anyone know if it would be very difficult to get a mini Lindy at one of these locations? I was told I'd need to do a 0.5 to 1 spend, so I was thinking of either getting some jewelry or a watch (things I was eyeing to begin with). My concern is that with stock low, even if I do the spend, then they may not have any in stock. Which store would I have a better chance at? Would it be best to look at the jewelry+watch first, decide what to get, then ask if they have any mini Lindys in stock? Or just ask for everything at the start? I'm hoping for gold with ghw which I know is probably the most popular combo, but I'd probably be ok with any brown or black. Thanks in advance!
H Hawaii doesn’t tend to offer bags during first purchases. They will almost certainly tell you during your initial visit that there are no bags but they are expecting a delivery “soon” and will get back to you. If your spend is good enough, they may call you over the next few days to offer you a non quota bag from your list. It is very rare to be offered a quota bag during your first total trip to HI, they want to see clients who travel to Honolulu regularly. Recommend picking one store and sticking with it.
Gotcha, so it's unlikely they will let me purchase the bag I want that day even if they have it. Does the mini Lindy count as a quota bag there? Or is that just K, B, C?
It is not a quota bag but a coveted non quota bag which may still be difficult to get, though not necessarily impossible.

Haha ok, I'll post an update when I'm back! Luckily I have a few non-bag items I want from Hermes so I'll just make those purchases and hope for the best. Worse case scenario is that I have some more money to use at other brands
For my experience back in June(as a first-time visitor), I spent a total of 6k (gold jewelry and a pair of boots) and was offered a mini lindy mauve.
Ah ok, thanks for the info! I don't plan to spend quite as much, hopefully I can still get it with a bit of a lower spending. I plan to ask for a Evelyn TPM too so if no Lindy, maybe they will offer the Evelyn.
I think the Waikiki store would be your best location to try and get offered the mini lindy.
Oh ok, thank you! Would you say the Waikiki store has more stock or are they more willing to give out bags? I was actually thinking of aiming for Ala Moana originally because I figured it may be less busy than Waikiki.
Probably both, at least from my experience.
I've heard they will get rid of lines starting in Sept. I'm not sure if it will all together or certain days.
I assume it will be a walk in and look around until you need help and then flag down a random SA. Like the precovid days.
