Had a fun visit at Waikiki yesterday although no bags to see. Apparently post inventory, bag shipments have been slow. They did have a few Silk in Compact wallets, newer silks and twillies, and that H ear cuff (so cute but looked foolish on me!). SA was very sweet and friendly and we had a fun visit regardless. This happens to be my 3rd visit in the past 12 months and I only hit the bag lottery the first time with 2 great nq bags. We love Hawaii in general but I don't think I would plan a trip specifically hoping to get a bag, it's impossible to predict. (I should also clarify that we were only on Oahu less than 36 hours, my original SA wasn't working that weekend- things might have been different but this visit was geared around other family needs, not shopping. I'm sure the store is not devoid of all bags lol). I looove the vibe of the Waikiki staff I've met and if I lived on Oahu I would be stopping by every week!!

What non quota bags did you get on your first two visits?

You should let your SA know that you are interested in a Constance asap. They do not all assume that every client wants a QB, and a Constance may not be considered a Qb in Hawaii, IDK.

@Hisunshine, you need a leather appt, usually by lottery, to get a QB in a Paris boutique. If you have the appt, you do not need any prior spend to obtain a QB. It’s dependent on current stock availability and your chemistry with the SA.
Thank you for encouraging me to ask! I was offered (and accepted!) a C18 in rose sakura phw chèvre mysore - love her so much!

Hello lovelies, I just want to share my experience at both H stores in Oahu.

We stayed in Hawaii for 8 days and we decided to visit the H store in Waikiki first day. There was a short line around 2pm and I got in quickly. The SA helped me that day was not very chatty and she told me she only has 20 mins to assist me since she has appointment after.

I told her this trip was our 20 years anniversary and I would like something cute and small as present such as Constance slim wallet, pico 18 or mini Evelyne. She told me all is very hard and no shipment. Then she asked me if there is anything I'm interested like fine jewelry.

I have a pair of stud earrings so would like to find the pendant to match and the store had it so I bought it. It was around $1,800 plus tax under my hubby's name. The SA seemed very happy and checked her phone- asking our phone number in case she has something for us.

That SA texted my hubby 2 days after wondering if I'm interested in pico 14. We were in the Luau party and missed the call/text. Then the next day, she called and texted my hubby again about mini bolide. I was in the massage session and rushed to the store with my hubby to see her. She told me she has to leave at 5:40pm and it was 5:20 already. I came to the store and she showed me the gold mini bolide with gold hardware in evercolor leather. The mini bolide is never on my radar but it is so cute and the strap is long/comfy enough to wear crossbody. I thanked her and bought the bag. On the way to check out, she asked me if I like the rodeo to match the bag and the calvi. I bought all. Really cute together!!!
Waikiki store is 3 levels and it is very beautiful store. All SAs are very nice and friendly.

On my very last day, we decided to check out the H store in Ala Moana, which is only 8 mins drive from the Waikiki store. This store is 1 level and also beautiful. There was no line that day. I got paired with an Asian lady and I asked for calvi duo and rodeos. She said no shipment for calvi duo but she had rodeos. She showed me 3 of them. There were 2 Rodeos touch and 1 pegasus. I decided to take the pegasus. There were lots of shoes and RTW.

Both stores are nice and had plenty of stock but no leather goods. If you want to buy bags or any leather goods, you need to visit multiple times. Both SAs that assisted me asking how long we stayed in Hawaii and would like us to come back to get offer.

Sorry for the long story, hope my story can help anyone who plan to get offer. I will post pics later.

Love the craie touch MM rodeo but I didn't buy because it is too big. Wish it is pm. I also declined the touch rodeo pm in malachite. These offers are from Ala Moana.

Hi purse lovers!

I am new to hermes, and I heard that it’s easier to score a quota bag in Hawaii? Is there any tips on how to hint the SA on the quota bag and what to purchase? I’m planning to get a watch and small stuff like twilly and rodeo on the first visit. Thanks in advance!

Probably won't happen unless your watch is 5 figures and even then its not a sure thing.
