Reviving this chat as I'm really interested to know if you have collected H hats/caps in recent years?
I wouldn’t describe myself as an Hermes hat collector, but I have a few that I’m happy to share.

I picked this up a long time ago... gosh, I think it could have even been a decade ago? Time flies by so quickly these days, it’s hard to keep track.
At first I thought maybe black leather would be “too much” for daytime use, but it’s made a good carpool hat for me.
lala, you look fantastic in all. I think the Funk shape looks great on you but perhaps it's the colour(?) it took me ages to find the right colour and material in this style.
H uses mostly Borsalino to make their classic hats, if you don't mind not having the H label you can go straight to them and save some money: http://www.borsalino.com/en/home
Most of H's commercial hats and caps don't always suit me but more recently I could have bought many. Some incredibly beautiful colours and materials.
My only advice to anyone is make sure you get the right size.
My funk uses the AW17 tweed and at last I found my Funk (i'm showing off my jewellery coz it was dress-up Thurs on another thread - and yes that is a hideous rest room in Costa)
The following hats are from JPG runway collections (sadly I missed out on @lala28 s glorious Barenia hat)
Silk animal print and deerskin beret
Deerskin cap. I remember they had a gold too but only one left in a slightly too-big size. This Chocolate cap is still one of my favourite hats (and I have many).

So very true! It would be so much easier if they had my size available to try on in every color and fabric!
I love them all! Truth be told, I was collecting lovely wide brimmed Kentucky Derby appropriate hats for a while, but (1) I don’t go to the Kentucky Derby, and (2) I’m not a member of the Royal Family, so sadly, these hats just sit in their lovely hat boxes on a shelf where I can stare at them wistfully....

Do any of you have Vauban Cap to share some info?
I consider buying from Hermes online but I have a concern with regards to how deep Vauban Cap is.
I generally wear my hair in a bun and I am afraid the cap is not deep enough.
If any of you own a Vauban cap could you please measure it for me?
