It has a good amount of space to hold things. Best comparison I can make is comparing it to an 18cm Constance. The Geta as a couple more centimeters of width and appears to me to have a little bit more depth. Also, the Constance loses some space because of the design of the bag with the M like shape at the bottom. The Geta is a full rectangle with no center divider.
That all being said, to answer your question. Wife uses an iPhone 12. I use an Xr. She took my phone in the boutique and put it into the bag with hers, added her Calvi and still had a bunch of space for things like her lipstick, hand sanitizer, etc.

Comparison of the Geta, mini Lindy, and mini Halzan. The mini Lindy would hold a bit more. Mini Halzan is much narrower and holds a lot less. Geta strap is adjustable unlike the mini Lindy and when fully extended the Geta strap appears to be slightly longer than the mini Lindy strap.
I do not know whether they’ll do various buckles like they do with the Constance. This one is Chèvre on the hardware, which I thought was a nice touch especially at the lower price point.

I did not find the bag to be heavy. The hardware is rather minimal and the wide canvas strap also helps to distribute weight more evenly in my opinion.
It looks exactly the same as the front. It's a mirror image. I joked with my SA that it's pickpocket proof by carrying the back on the front as there's no way of opening it! It could also be frustrating when worn that way unintentionally, wondering why the bag isn't opening.
For what it's worth, I think of the Geta as the sportier casual version of the Constance.

To your second question, it definitely is not heavy. Don’t have a small enough scale to weigh it for you. And as Meta said, the bag looks identical from both sides. Here are pictures of the front and back for you.

For what it's worth, I think of the Geta as the sportier casual version of the Constance.
My wife has been in love with her Constance bags recently because of crossbody and access ease. As soon as she saw the Geta, and started asking me about it, I told her “that looks like a cool and casual Constance”.

Thank you for sharing! I asked my SA about it and she said they haven't receive it yet. I will probably ask her to help me check in the system to waitlist me when it comes. Trying to find out the SG prices before deciding. The etoupe colour looks really pretty!
