I know, honestly, it was the price that caught my eye first (higher than silk gav) and I was worried about another price increase before realising the fabric was cashmere/silk.
I do not recall seeing any of these in the past several years, since my scarf hobby started. But who knows with H, right? Anyway, I so wish these were CSGMs not gavs, I bet the Harnais de Coeur would tie like a dream in a large format. Maybe next year? I do find these gavs cute but impractical, the design gets lost in a tie, as seen on models, at least to my eye.

I hope they will do a csgm for you. It has such nice corners and rope detail.
Agree. Impractical for me at least. I tend to wear a gav in winter tucked into a turtleneck sweater for some added interest. Otherwise it’s a light top with a csgm. There isn’t any mix for me with a cashmere gav.

I guess logically in winter a bit of cashmere at the throat sounds attractive.

I have a weird thing where the H C/S blends make my throat break out a bit - not an allergic reaction, just an annoyance. So something tight against my throat sounds awful.

But if you have don’t that reaction, it could be nice in winter, just above your collar!

I think the size of gavs is too small (42cm). I have a thin neck and even so, I always feel like there isn't enough fabric to make a nice knot. I think C/S bandanas offered a bit more room to play around and as such, would not be sitting too close to the skin on the neck to irritate. I wish they would add a few cms to gav size as opposed to "downsizing" them...

Almost forgot, yesterday my SA showed me this Complication Équestre. I don’t think there’s been photos of these in the thread yet? At least a search turned up nothing. It’s very pretty blue with light pink touches.

Edited to add: when I search with the proper French spelling I got results - looks like a tiled set of the colorways was shared on June 3, for anyone curious.
