Happy Friday, everyone. Fed Ex came early today with the second part of my delivery from H Madison and the last of the 90 silks on my list: Virginie Jamin's Emile et une Nuit in cw07 bleu/violet/vert. Please forgive the tee shirt, wrong lipstick, no styling but I thought y'all would want to see these pretty colors! The hem is a soft teal and the design is definitely screwball but fun! It ties very very well, too and the mix of colors is not something I otherwise have among my blues!

Ooh! Another blue scarf I don't think I will be able to resist. I see the lavender / violet but I'm not picking up the vert... is that only the sage of the trim or or there interior parts of this design with that soft sage green @LKBNOLA ? I've got my eyes on this design for sure, and not certain that I need another blue scarf, hahahahaha. This does look an abso fab colorway for this one.

Sous le Charme d’Orphée shawls are available on the Belgium site and one colourway (not the one I want) is on the UK site. Can we please have the rest in the UK!

On travel today so I went to the boutique where I’m at and got to try on a few colorways of Hermes Parade.

CW 05… has some pretty colors but was a miss. Sorry for terrible boutique lighting.



CW 03… this is the one I thought would be the best on me. Sadly it’s very different from the product image on the site. The make-your-eyes-bleed orange border ruins the scarf in my opinion.


CW 06 is easily the best on me. I really like the colors in the street section along the bottom, but it kills me that they didn’t do much with the sky colors in this cw. So it makes half the scarf sort of barren.
