Congratulations @Pivoine66 -- really beautiful colors and I am so happy for oyu. It was helpful to see photos of this too. A wonderful addition in unusual colors...

Well, @gogingercat -- you have received a lot of really terrific advice already from the @Nomad and @redheaddem and others weighing in. I think if it were me starting out I'd go for the blue and if it were me just a few seasons later, I would go for the 09! I am no help at all. I love the 09 on you, though and it seems lovely and versatile and has a lot of blue in the design...

Well that is a very happy airport find @supermommy101! Congratulations. Beautiful cw.

Oh congratulations!!!! This is an absolutely beautiful styling of this already beautiful piece @Croisette7! IMO one of the best of the season -- the design in CSGM is just so very special...and sometimes you just need a side-by-side comparison in the final analysis.

Thank you -- this is so helpful and congratulations on a very beautiful choice @amdmarques -- it suits you perfectly! I adore the design and there are such lovely cws...

Congratulations! Two very lovely choices among the 70s this season @luckystar07 -- I am waiting for the I like Flowers cs also!
Thanks so much @LKBNOLA, I’m very happy with my choice, all wrapped for Xmas. Yours also looks amazing 🥰

Good morning, Scarfies. I am planning to see what happened to all the quotes (and congratulations!) I had just caught up on but in the meantime, I am offering some photos of the All'Orto Botanico di Palermo in the beautiful vert loden cw. It is so very lovely but for me the question was always whether my Jardin de Leila au Bloc was too close to justify. Here are two mod shots featuring a simple drape. I took them on a green top because the complex colors in this cw are almost impossible to capture in a photo-- it does tend to photograph quite a bit more grey than it is in actual life. (This I think you can see better in the comparison photos).

Here is a photo showing Jardin de Leila au Bloc (also by Houtin) on one side and Orto on the other:

And finally, here are the two shawls side by side for comparison:

Something I adore about the Orto design is the fact that it fills the frame, unlike Leila. I also love the more integrated hem color on this particular cw. But in the final analysis, I am going in the direction of choosing the magnificent blue cw and most likely one other, but I am reserving judgement until I am able to see all in person -- hopefully next week I will get word that the caramel cw I requested is in and I will be able to compare it with cw 09.
I want to thank @Persimmon13 for her fabulous mod shots and for the push I needed to do this close analysis. I think I will always look at this Orto with longing... [sigh].
Hmm, vert loden is beautiful but I have to say that when you had them side by side in bias around your neck, I didn’t realise that it was not one and the same scarf. Therefore, I think your analysis arrives at the right conclusion - they really are extremely similar. I was going to suggest the pink/purple cw of Orto for you.

Helpful comparison. I almost didn't notice that there were different designs in the same photo... and I have the Jardin (well, two). This Orto 140 is certainly testing my "no triplets" rule!

I think that Leila is the more interesting design, but Orto has the more discreet hem. Have you ever been to the Palermo Botanical Garden? If not, I say purchase the scarf, and book a trip to Italy for a scarf on site photo. :smartass:

Don't think anyone has posted the citrouille (pumpkin orange) Roaaar! yet. I wanted the chartreuse but, alas, my country did not order it and since H no longer does world wide search it's pretty much a losing cause unless I find it on my travels.
I like Alice Shirley designs, but as with all of them, I find where she puts the image makes it quite difficult to tie in a way that shows "the creature", so I don't always buy her new scarfs. However in this case since I love wildlife, I broke down & scooped this cw up when my SA received it.
This time I feel I was successful enough in showing the head & teeth. Certainly a talisman scarf for my upcoming trip to Africa for safari.

Wow, love how you have tied this - shows it off to perfection. Absolutely glorious.

I do not know, but my SA said probably not, at least not soon, when I asked her a few weeks back. However, she said she does not know for sure either and was just guessing on other design release patterns.

I would assume that the colourways would be different for a shawl, if it is to come. I decided to go for it, because I loved the blue version.
Thank you so much for answering ! I would love to see a picture of your triangle please, could you do a mod shot ?

Ooouff! Not much difference between the two shawls. Seems like slightly more design in the Orto, but more repetitive design then the Leila.
The colourway is very flattering on you. You wear these deeper colours to full effect.

I will try during the next days - currently on the road (without this scarf 😥) . It is very beautiful in real life! I think someone here did a few fantastic mod shots of it a few pagers back, thereby tying it so artfully you could see all the flowers. Maybe you find it with a quick search or someone here can help and tell us the member who posted it?

Hi, @Liz86000! Many of us have this beautiful GT, but if you search this thread, @Marta_K posted a series of stunning mod shots showing every which flower and many gorgeous styling combinations of colors and tops. https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/hermes-fall-winter-2024-scarves.1067500/page-124#post-36175692

Dear mods, please move this post if the studded Twilly Grand Apparat would belong to a different season. Just got it from the website as our boutique has not received it. It is a normal sized Twilly studded on both sides with small silver dots. I love it! ❤️

The saddels have slightly different colours:

Worn by my Trim (it took some more time to tie it but it worked in the end ) - and around my neck:

It is absolutely lovely, @Sammy Royal -- congratulations on finally getting this! A little bit of silky jewelry with the silver dots...

I think this is a Most Excellent Plan @Redbirdhermes! I think it would be best to add the price of the shawl to the airfare rather than the reverse, though...

Thank you so much! ❤️ But how did you know…? You must be a mindreader! It was really a “finally“ getting it! I saw it on the website before going to bed one night and thought, I‘d get it in the morning… It was gone by then, of course! Waited for weeks thereafter to finally show up again…! Sooo happy it did!
