hello dear all,

since the lavender grey Tulipomanie sold out in a flash in my boutique, I ordered it online 🫣

It arrived and I like it a lot more than I thought I would 😊

I have to think, take the time to style it with my wardrobe but I wanted to share some photos already (just my outfit off today).

I believe we have seen all the cw now, except for the camel. Now can somebody please order the camel already and show it to us! Don’t make me order that one too 😂

Now as for my stylings, I believe you have a lot more coloured tops than I have. I basically wear ivory, grey, black, pink and cobalt blue 🫣 some camel too but it sometimes makes my face dissapear 🤪

I am not sure this works on grey, cobalt or ivory that much. Here you have some photos. But I am sure you will find much more options 🤪

Since you are showing us all your doubts here, I will take the liberty of answering you as I would answer a real girlfriend when shopping together and asking for my candid and honest personal opinion:
1. I know the situation that I know something is not ideal on me, maybe I would/will not even wear it because of that, but there is something about this garment that I have to have it and it doesn't hurt me financially - THEN buy it.
2. if you were to ask specifically for my opinion on my taste: I don't like the colours on you - the grey and especially the yellow and green - to your skin and hair colour - only if you really like yourself - I see zero of that
3. sorry, I would say the same to the black and white one
4. I have so many unused scarves and clothes and I'm not the selling type - it's a bit of a shame (I've given so much away, but at some point it's enough) ...
5. have natural photos taken of you (not ‘best pose’, but the way you would really wear the scarves) by your loved one in daylight and then look at them.

I send you my warmest regards and wish you the decision that makes you happy and satisfied.

Thank you dear Pivoine 😍I am touched by your kind and thoughtful comment. I think the idea of taken real life photos in daylight by a loved one is an excellent idea! And if I keep having doubts, I will return both and wait for something else. As I only want shawls I love and really wear.

Well, my Tulipomanie Giant Triangle arrived this morning, a day ahead of schedule, but Hermès sent the wrong scarf. One glance as the box opened and I knew immediately it was the Electric Blue, CW11. My order form says CW04.



The scarf itself is mislabeled. Was the label possibly taped back on incorrectly?



So therefore, we are getting mod shots today of gris chiné / bleu électrique / ardoise, CW11. Which, by the way, is a much brighter and deeper blue than indicated on H.com, where it looks more aqua, at least on my monitor.





I think I would wear this one a lot with my black hoodie and black winter coat. I like having the scarf add some brightness to them.



I actually love the bright blue colors. It's kind of like the gods said, 'RBH, we know you like bright colors, so we have chosen this one for you'. No decision on keeping it (for one thing, CW04 shows as sold out on the website), but I really, really like it.

I completely agree with @GloWW0rM . My favorites on you are the Navy and the Black & White. You love triangles, and the Navy is perfect—casual yet full of personality, with a color combination that suits you well.

The Black & White is very elegant in my opinion, giving off a more refined (but also more mature) look due to the tulip design, at least from my perspective.

If I were you, I’d choose the Navy. While it’s similar to what you already have, the format and colors are exactly what you love, and I’m confident you’ll get a lot of wear out of it.

As for the Black & White, I think you would look elegant, chic, and simply stunning in a 140 format with a more youthful pattern.

I’m personally not a big fan of this third option—the other two are much better for you. 😬

I like it, but I’m not ‘Wowed’ by it. Agree with @Ashanti_Rose that the colours are not deep enough and there is too much grey space, in my opinion. I like the navy or white/grey on you more.

This is beautiful, as a CW and on you...what I find so interesting is that the gris chine takes on a tinge of the colours it is paired with. @redheaddem's takes on a lilac glow whereas this background reads more blue.

If this CW had a blanc background, I would be on it in a second. It would be the perfect combo for me, as well as making a tulip design look like a Delftware piece (not at all biased...). I cannot do gris chine, but the blues in this are stunning. Can't blame you for really considering whether to hold on to this...maybe the universe knows something 😉

The H gods work in mysterious ways! A bother about the mishap, but I love your attitude and that this gave you an opportunity to see this one. Your photos are so helpful, thank you for sharing! This is beautiful! Sadly, not for me as, as gris chine does me no favors. I've almost ordered this several times, but realized I must just admire this beauty on others!

Gosh, it's often like you're reading my mind! We often gravitate to similar pieces. I'm the same, I'd pounce on this in a blanc/bleu colorway! I have one gris chine CSGM which I love, but it's not the best background color for me. Best for me to not add another one. Looking forward to seeing your caramel colorway when it arrives. It was up on the US site, but disappeared before I could grab one!
