Hi scarfies! I caved and ordered En Liberte! shawl in cw05 Beige/ Vert/ Arnica. It’s not my usual colours but I wanted something different to what I own. Question is: does it wash me out? Beige is not typically a colour that goes well with my complexion but I feel like the other cooler colours balance it out and it works with my winter coats.

I think it looks lovely on you @GloWW0rM and I think you will see more possibilities with the right top and lippie. I do think it is good to keep thumbnails of your scarves in a file just for the reason you mention-- one day you look at it and essentially you have been buying the same scarf over and over, so getting out of the comfort zone can be eye-opening! As @Marie-the-Mary said, try the bright cw just to be sure and then go with the one that sparks joy!

It has so little beige that he doesn’t matter. I think it’s a lovely CW. You look great!!

Thank you! I folded it to minimise the beige and there isn’t too much of it. Also, it’s quite a neutral beige, which is a pleasant surprise.

Thank you! Yes, I have started to feel like I go for a combination of primary colours as my go-to so now that my collection is getting bigger I’d like to add some variety.

Later today I am going to post two cws of 12 Leopards Double Face for y'all to see, but right now I have only gotten as far as these two gavs. To my great surprise I am already up to three gavroche this season and many years I get one or none! But I think it is a great size right now for me with a three year old grand daughter who I spend a lot of precious time with and this season there are many wonderful ones to choose from...

And because we are all so smitten with Parade en Fanfare, here is the gavroche cw09-- which is closest to the 90 cw (04) which I returned. This gav does everything I wanted the 90 to do! I am debating getting a second one to tie together...

You look so effortlessly elegant with these gavs. The BdG is actually impressing me as it ties so well and that pink is so brightening on you!

Thank you @LKBNOLA ! I think I am, out of the other CWs my boutique ordered this one is the only "unique" one (I had a passing SA comment it suits my colouring). The other CWs are too close to the other formats I have.

Hello everyone. Here are mod shots of 12 Leopards DF in cws 01 and 02. I was super excited for this release because I always hoped for a 90. It is a favorite design of mine and I have had two CSGMs-- very close to these to colorways, in fact! I love both of these and am having a very hard time deciding between 01, 02 or both . As you can see their "vibes" are quite different...02 is quite playful, cute and fun whereas 01 is more lush.

For those of you wondering about the orange on the pale blue side of cw 01, here is a photo with it compared to an H orange box! To me it looks exactly like orange sherbet. The red on the pink field of cw 02 is just as it appears in the fourth mod shot.

I hope this is helpful to any of you considering. I welcome your thoughts and opinions of course, but I totally love them both. I'm happy to post any additional views/ties anyone would like to see. The soft sides of these double faced scarves are particularly luminous and quite magical.

I think this looks so more better then the online fotos! I really like it with your white top. The camel is very pretty. I can imagine if it was silk, it would be even more beautiful.

@LKBNOLA - They are both wonderful on you, so I can see that it would be hard to decide which is better for you (assuming one actually is better suited to you, and I am not certain that is the case). The two are so completely different in their color values, with cw01 being more even in its dispersion of deep color and cw02 being more diverse and unexpected in its color dispersion. Then, there is the blue on the reverse side of cw01 versus the pink on the reverse of cw02. Good luck choosing one to send back, if you do. I don't think I could pick one over the other. I can imagine cw02 against a bright red sweater or shirt.
