Thank you all for taking the time to share your thoughts! I love reading everyones opinions, it is so insightful. And I love that we can all say how we feel. Some like the scarves, others don't and it is all fine
Thanks for sharing!

Whilst I agree that the flowers on Robe Légère are more special, that navy is gorgeous. I think the scarf looks beautiful in that last mod shot.

Do any of the other Figure Artistique catch your eye? Do you have any dark green in your wardrobe that you could try it with?

Thank you Glowworm! I really want a navy scarf, but somehow I do not like all the colors on this one. I should have gotten the navy Robe Légère last year when it was still available..My loss ;) And I think you are right about the Figure Artistique, it would look amazing with dark green but I do not have anything green in my wardrobe...

It's difficult because I think the black is killing the navy, Figure Artistique looks fantastique on you, in that cw it's a classic-with-a-twist. Looks good with the back top and the salmon vest

Thank you Papertiger. Interesting what you say about the black that is killing the navy. I want a navy scarf in the future and was planning on wearing it with black... What colors do you wear navy with if you don't mind sharing?

My honest opinion - you can safely pass on them. Both are lovely though - but at the current prices it better be “wow” The Artistique looks very similar to other classic H designs - if you really want this look, you can find vintage Eperon d’Or from Japanese resellers for $100. The flowers are lovely - but ordinary. Sorry to be a “deinfluencer” here - just trying to save you your hard earned money:smile:)) wait to invest into something you REALLY like - so much that you don’t need to ask for anyone’s opinion:smile:))
I always love your honest opinions  These will both go back. Thank you for pointing out that the Figure Artistique is so close to the the Eperon d'or! I took a look at that design and you are right! For now I am good, but if some day I want a vintage option, I will have a look at Eperon d'or.

I really like your Planifleurs! It's truly a great choice. I happen to own the Navy Robe Legere myself, and while they are somewhat similar, I must admit that the corner design is better in yours. In my opinion, it ties beautifully. I'm also quite eager to get my hands on the Figure Artistique. Personally, I find the Orange CW very appealing. But it may be equally classic. Did you have a chance to see it as well?

Thank you SilkCouture! I agree it ties beautifully, but on me, it feels off... I have the hot pink Robe légère and love that one so much!
I would go with your gut & pass. JMO but I don't think they look special - especially if you already have the Robe Légère

Thank you! I agree lol

Thanks for the mod shots! Yes, like everyone who's already said - go with your gut...I do prefer Robe Legere to Planifleurs as well. I think there will be more scarves that might catch your eye later on in the season which you will love more.

Thank you mktlim. I am sure something else will show up this season!

Hmm I thought I'd like the plainfleurs more than Robe Legere. I thought RL had too many awkward blank spots when tied, but seeing your post, I think I do like RL better than Plainfleur. I remember the hot pink someone had posted a few pages before (apologies - I can't remember who it was) and it looked absolutely gorgeous, so maybe it's one of those scarves that depends on cw.

The Figure Artistique wasn't on my radar, but it looks absolutely gorgeous on you @redheaddem - I can't remember what cw that had already been posted, so I might have to revisit all the pages.

Seeing modshots, I am getting more and more excited For AW23. If all fails, I think I might get my very first 140 - Voitures en Equilibre shawl. There is at least one or two designs that I fall hard for every season

I think you are right Fixxi, the mod shots of the hot pink Planifleurs looked amazing (a few pages back). I also really love the photos of the cream cw (on the French H site). Some cws might be better than others (or maybe its just me).

+1

@redheaddem If you don’t inwardly go ‘YASSSS!’ when you put them on and see them on you - I would pass if I were you. Both do look great as far as that goes.

Thank you Jereni and yes, I will follow my gut and pass on these. Something else will come my way eventually.

I am not entirely convinced by either. Both are pretty but you have set the bar high with some of your other scarves. I like Planifleurs more but the colors are stark on you. Figure would be interesting in less classic colors.

Thank you for the nice compliment Maedi. I agree, the colors of Planifleurs look off and Figure is too classic (for me) in these colors.
Apologies for the confusion, @redheaddem. I thought you were showing a different model. It seems I was thinking of the "Voitures en Equilibre 140cm CSGM " when referring to the orange suggestion.
No problem SilkCouture! The voitures en Equilibre looks nice!

As others have already mentioned, trust your instincts - no matter how lovely the design, it’s how you feel about it that matters.

If I may offer a little reflection: this is a perfect example of how scale can impact the wearability of a design, even when everything else works. You know the colours work on you and that you enjoy the themes, based on scarves you already own and love. These don't flatter you as much, though in theory they ‘check the boxes’. Planifleurs is beautiful, but feels much busier on you than Robe Legere. It pulls attention away from your face, in a way that RL does not. It might be different in a different colourway, or palette/contrast.

The figure artiste has the opposite problem; the scale is large, which brings the focus to that large expanse of yellow and orange. The colourway becomes the dominant aspect, and it has to flatter you well to really sing. @Ashanti_Rose is right, there are many vintage designs that have a similar look and feel, if this is a gap in your wardrobe.

A perfect example that trying things in on makes all the difference and thank you for the mod shots - they help us all refine and decide!

Thank you Lellabelle! I love reading this, it is so helpfull! I think you might be spot on with your analysis. And I agree, trying on in person is a must. I learn something new each time.

As promised, some mod shots of Planifleurs in navy and Figure Artistique in yellow. I am not 100% convinced :noworry:

I love the navy colour but I am not crazy about the design of the flowers ( I prefer Robe Légère).

And I really like the colours of Figure Artistique but I find them hard to match with my wardrobe and the design is a little bit too classic on me…

I would love to hear your thoughts though :flowers:

I agree with you that the flowers of navy blue Robe Légère are beyond compare. I love the curves and the colors of Figures Artistiques on you. It is lovely against your pink marcel and your hair color.

Sharing few new designs I saw at my boutique today. Perhaps they are from Fall Collection (I did not check the tags) and need to be posted in a different thread? Anyhow, the design with horses and bunnies is so fun, my store only had 2 colors so far and I got the one with yellow and pink. I did not get all the names for the scarves sorry I was was in a rush. Looks like it will be a lot of new temptations!

Many thanks for showing the colourful Pantin City (your 3rd pic) which has been nagging at me since the Press Day photos on page 1! Love the colours. I agree the rabbits are fun, and abstract when folded. I like the sense of movement too.

Well, we can't go into that here, but maybe post the question here: Please HELP Style my Hermes Bag / Scarf / Jewellery / RTW Thread for ALL
