Yup, as of 2 hours ago, Hermes Zurich had for sure VdC in blue (CW07) and pink (CW01), and probably also green (CW06) unless I bought the last one. I've seen also the orange one on one of the SAs. I was surprised by the pink one, which I originally expected to be the best for me -- it is a very strong coloring, very "in your face", I wouldn't be able to wear it despite the fact that purple, pink and blue are my best colors.

Generally, this is a scarf you want to see before buying, the colors are strong and IMHO surprising, out of 3 CWs I considered (white and orange were out of the question) I chose the one which was the least expected just from description.

Congratulations on your green La vallée! We are twins, it is a stunning piece!

I was in the Brussels store earlier today and not a single Vallée in stock… the SA was not even familiar with the design…

I must say the experience was not altogether very nice. I had only been to this boutique a few times before. The SA was lovely and very helpful, and she agreed nothing really made me glow, unless the Zouaves bandana shawl Marron/Natural/rouge. But the shop was so crowded, I had to wait for 45 min before anyone could help me, I saw some (VIP?) clients got offered champagne while others did not even got offered a glass of water, and during that time I saw so many clients harassing staff for bags :sad:

Back on topic: because of the hectic atmosphere, I was only able to make 1 quick photo of the shawl, I believe it was @Nomad who wanted to see it? It is a soft warm brown, that really lights up my face.. I liked it a lot on me but I did not feel like deciding on the spot… so I left it at te boutique for now ( I think I really prefer the online shopping experience and my smaller local boutique).

Yes, it definitely felt a bit rude towards certain customers… but then again certain customers were really rude to the staff :sad:

Thank you for the sweet comment on the shawl, it really is very pretty!

That’s not a fun experience. I had to wait a long time at the Munich boutique last year and was surprised how long some customers took with minimal concern to other clients. This may be an unpopular opinion but when I see others waiting, I try to be speedy. This bandana shawl is beautiful on you. I am not in love with the design but it ties so well.

I will be quick because it's off topic, but you should search for Libre Comme Pegase Caramel/Creme/Black. It's a beautiful shawl and not a star in sight!

Thanks so much for the shot! It’s so good to see exactly what this color looks like modeled irl. I love hearing it lit up your face :love: . I have zero browns in my closet but love the idea of a neutral bandana that is so casual and easy to throw on. SO I’m off to look at my summer color cards to see if I can wear this now that I have seen it 🏃‍♀️. Thanks so much for the picture :hugs:
