I just couldn’t choose between these two today, les douze leopards. I was after cw 02 because it is so lovely but cw 01 was clearly a better choice colorwise.
Luckily DH said:just take them, I’ll buy you the one, with orange hem, because I like it.
Anyway, it is late and dark, I am unboxing and admiring the scarves. These are my first doubleface scarves and it is actually a nice format, the muted sides are beautiful.
I think this is it from F/A 2023
I posted many pics, incase someone is trying to decide, wether to buy. I hope not too many.
I am still collecting scarves, just don’t have that much time to scarflandia/IG

Ok, I'm not sure I even care for this design but I'm feeling intensely enabled. These colors are superb!

Ditto this. I don’t like the design, like at all. Too many sharp lines/edges and points all over the place. I have a thing with points, and could handle a few, but this many is other level. It goes against my feng shui calming vibes. But I like the theme! So I am beyond conflicted. But the FOMO is beyond real!! 🤣

The first time when I saw the design I honestly thought it was a bit childish with the Unicorn 🦄 and the cristals and all. Later I got attracted to the colors. Now I keep getting a visual of
Kal El's aka Superman aka Christoper Reeve North Pole cave( was it in the North Pole )

I wasn’t either. My SA said that these scarves (or sometimes colors) are not ordered by the stores. Paris sends them randomly and in small numbers. They never know what and when things come.

That is very interesting. I always wondered why some stores seem to get a few that are either really hard to find (at stores or on the website), or have scarves I didn't even know existed. This happened to me in Paris about 6-7 years ago when I snagged Hippopolis...I didn't even know it was an available design. I checked for it online to buy another one and nothing. I also scored a limited edition jersey scarf at my local store a few years ago. It, too, was not shown on any h websites.

Thank you very much and you are so welcome. This design reminds me of a paint-by-number picture, which was one of my concerns with it. But close inspection shows beautiful color gradations beyond the black lines. You can see this especially in the Ugo signature close-up that I posted.

ETA- Here is one from allpaintbynumbers.art. Never thought about it before, but I sure hope that baby unicorns are born hornless and it grows in later.

Echoing the previous comments - thanks so much for the detailed close ups - it really flatters you and the subtle fading out of some of the colours makes it a bit special. Unicorn has a sweet blue eye! Gosh, all c/w are lovely in their own way!
