In looking at the list of designs, have we seen pictures of the latest Laurence Bourthoumieux/Toutsy "Cavalcades"? I assume based on the name that it is horse-themed, then again le Chat Carré surprised me by having much less of a cat-heavy design than I thought...
So far I'm loving Robe Légère and Le Sacre des Saisons - I can't wait to see the carré stories or whatever H is calling them these days to hear more about the artists' inspiration. Le Sacre des Saisons is giving me a Ballets Russes vibe, which would make sense since in French Stravinsky's Rite of Spring is called Le Sacre du Printemps

Thanks. Yes, I am keeping both… I am relieved to find both softer than I thought they would be from the site. Always a leap of faith buying unseen! I was worried the blue moyen with the red would be a bit fierce. The aubergine is coming, and there is one more I like. It is visually very interesting.
Hi all! New shawl for me today, GTN in pastel colors. I am showing a bunch of pics here. To summarize my thoughts: this is a pastel dream, hem is coral, I think this shawl goes best with warm neutral tones or warm colors - I have included a navy comparison. Final thoughts: I was worried that this shawl replicated my Amazones (rainbow colors) and Cosmographia (pink) too much for my small collection. But after trying it with some warm neutrals, I think I can find a place for it. I plan to pair with cream, brown, tan, lilac or blue purples, mint, sky blue, variations of orange/peach, and goldenrod.
