I feel if I'm going to buy a double sided scarf (like the recent Tigre Royale) I have to scrutinize both sides really carefully and am afraid I've missed a tiny run along the hem. These types of runs that are primarily caused by hemming with a dull needle I believe & are REALLY irritating to me on a "new from box" scarf. Just my opinion....

Would you please share some pictures of the scarf where it would have runs? I recently purchased one but I have not seen it in real life yet. I did go into it hearing that the initial batch had issues with printing but did not know what it was. I can sometimes miss things when it comes to hems so wanted to have that prior knowledge beforehand:) Thank you!

I don't have any pictures of the runs/pulls as I always exchange any scarf for a "clean" one that does not has this problem. However, the pulls/runs are usually along the rolled hem line & are frequently caused by the seamstress who does the hemming by hand not usually having a sharp enough needle to cleanly pierce the silk. If anything, I have found that runs/pulls along the hems seem to be most visible with scarfs that have a white border.
