I keep coming back to look at the jackets ( they look gorgeous on you BTW)- is the black cashmere a bolero or jacket? My problem is everything is always too big, so if the shoulders were good, then it would be a true jacket on me.

The black set is a leather gilet with a cashmere short jacket which is cut to be very short. It ends at my waist and I am a high waisted 5”1. If you wear a Chanel 34 as I do, you would find the 34 oversized. The shoulders are way too big for me.
That's always my dilemma as well. But the first outfit looks fab!

Oh I got this and and am 5'4". I will definitely plan on leggings with it; it's like mini skirt length (halfway down the thigh). High boots and leggings go great with it
It’s more like a long sweater. You could wear it with leggings but it’s not a dress.
