Right - no laughing at the back any British people out there in PurseForum-land who survived the 80s. Hermes are bringing out a bum bag - that's the CitySlide crossover pouch for anybody else. It doesn't translate well outside the UK but a bum bag is just hilarious.

Lusting over the black/cerise gloves and the dressage coat although I will never fit into it. Apart from the nosebag which just has too many materials going on in it this collection does seem very smart indeed.

Yup--an alternative name for the "waist pouch" in the US is a "fanny pack" (which is, of course, unspeakably vulgar in British slang but just means "bum bag" to an American). In any case, a controversial accessory indeed.

Hahaha! No bum bags for me ( Don't need anything to accentuate that part of me). In fact, no AW bags for me at all.

The CitySlide looks practical but probably will be priced beyond what I'm willing to pay for "practical." And the Octagon is cool but looks too small/flat to be functional. And the big cat printed footwear is beautiful, and I would be terrified to wear it, you know, outdoors. In weather. So unless I decide to display a boot under glass, no.

From what I know, the back is plastic, like a subway pass/ID holder. I know my store ordered a few. If you're interested, I'd suggest asking your SA if they ordered any and put your name down for one. Good luck!

Thanks so much!! While I do take the subway and this would be very practical for me...the plastic on the back seems like a bit of a turn off...I'll definitely check it out in store though. Thanks again!!
